1. Mail

This type of Direct Marketing is based on sending physical mail to a list of potential or existing customers. This method can be very effective in reaching a specific target audience. Direct mail pieces can include brochures, catalogs, sales letters, product samples, and postcards.

2. Telemarketing

This involves making phone calls to a list of potential or existing customers with the aim of selling a product or service. Although this technique can be very effective, it can also be intrusive, so be careful not to abuse it!

3. Email marketing

A Direct Marketing tactic that is based on sending personalized emails to a list of potential or existing customers. This can be very effective if you have your own database. The bad part? It can end up in spam if not used correctly.

4. SMS Marketing

It’s a technique based on sending personalized text messages, only if we have, again, a good database.

5. Social Media

An increasingly popular channel for Direct Marketing. Businesses can create profiles on different social platforms and use them to promote products or services directly to their followers. Having a strong social media presence also allows greater interaction with them, which will help build a long-lasting and strong relationship with your target.
